يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع مشكلات الطلبة الجدد بجامعة وهران (الجزائر)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفيي وتم بناء استبيان مناسب لهذا الغرض، التي تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 400 طالب وطالبة جددي وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: أن مشكلات الطلبة الجدد بالجامعة الأكثر شيوعاً هي مشكلات الأكاديمية حيث ترتبت هذه المشكلات في علاقتها بالمحيط الجامعي بالمرتبة الأولى، ثم تليها في المرتبة الثانية نفس المشكلات الأكاديمية في شقها الدراسي، في حين المرتبة الثالثة كانت للمشكلات النفسية، بينما المرتبة الرابعة كانت للمشكلات الصحية، أما المرتبة الخامسة تخص المشكلات العلائقية- الاجتماعية. أما المرتبة السادسة كانت للمشكلات المالية- الإقتصادية. This study aimed to identify the reality of the problems of new students at the University of Oran (Algeria), where the descriptive approach was used. It was building a questionnaire suitable for this purpose, which was applied to a sample of 400 new students. The following results were obtained: The problems of new students in the university are the most common academic problems, as these problems are arranged in relation to the university environment in the first rank, then in second place the same academic problems in its academic part, while the third rank is for psychological problems, while the rank The fourth was for health problems, the fifth rank was for relational- social problems, and the sixth place was for financial-economic problems.
