The current study aimed to define the intellectual framework of administrative performance in Tabuk University in light of the requirements of sustainable development. This study reveals the current reality of the administrative leadership of the University of Tabuk for administrative performance. Finally develop a proposed vision for the development of administrative performance of the leadership of the University of Tabuk in light of the requirements of sustainable development. Descriptive research design was used in this study in order to suit the nature of the study, two questionnaires of employee to achieve the aim. Simple random sample consisted of two groups of leaders and faculty members and their assistants were recruited from Tabuk University. Main results revealed that, there are no statistically significant differences on the responses of the administrative leaders according to the type and experience variable and the type of human and applied study, the responses of the faculty members and their assistants according to the variable type and type of human and applied studies. The administrative leaders at Tabuk University also consider developing the training programs as a modern necessity. (Published Abstract)
