هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية تطوير بيئة تدريب تكيفي قائمة على التفاعل بين مستويات الخبرة السابقة (مرتفع/ منخفض) وأنماط التدريب المفضلة (شخصي/ تشاركي) لتنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية الحديثة لدى أخصائي تكنولوجيا التعليم، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التطويري الذي يتضمن المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي، وتمثلت عينة البحث من أخصائيو تكنولوجيا التعليم بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمركز المنصورة محافظة الدقهلية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية منهم (40) أخصائي، روعي فيها التنوع في سنوات الخبرة السابقة، وتم تقسيمهم إلى أربع مجموعات تجريبية تكيفية طبقاً لمستوى الخبرة السابقة (مرتفع/ منخفض)، ونمط التدريب المفضل (شخصي/ تشاركي)، واستخدم التصميم العاملي 2x2 لكونه الأكثر مناسبتاً وفقاً لطبيعة البحث، واقتصرت الكفايات التكنولوجية الحديثة على (كفايات إنتاج المحتوى الإلكتروني - كفايات إنتاج الاختبار الإلكتروني - كفايات التعامل مع بنك المعرفة المصري - كفاية البحث في قواعد البيانات)، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في (اختبار تحديد مستوى الخبرة السابقة - مقياس تحديد نمط التدريب المفضل - اختبار معرفي - بطاقة ملاحظة)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعات التجريبية الأربعة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الثانية ذات نمط التدريب التشاركي ومستوى الخبرة المرتفعة، وانتهى البحث بعرض مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات، وكان من أهمها ضرورة توعية كافة العاملين بالمؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة بأهمية اتقان الكفايات التكنولوجية الحديثة لدى الجميع. The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of developing an adaptive training environment based on the interaction between previous levels of experience (high / low) and preferred training patterns (personal/ participatory) to develop modern technological competencies for the education technology specialist, and the researcher used the developmental approach that targets the descriptive analytical approach and approach The experimental sample, the research sample consisted of education technology specialists in the Directorate of Education in the Mansoura Center, Dakahlia Governorate, and enabling the selection of a random sample of them (40) specialists, taking into account the diversity in previous years of experience, and they were divided into four experimental groups In accordance with the previous level of experience (high / low), and the preferred training style (personal/ participatory), the global design 2x2 was used as being the most appropriate for the reason for research, and modern technological competencies were limited to (electronic content production competencies - electronic test production competencies - dealing with competencies The Egyptian Knowledge Bank - the adequacy of research in databases), and the research tools were (a test to determine the level of previous experience - a measure to determine the preferred training style - a knowledge test - a note card), and the results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the four experimental groups For the case The second experimental group with a participatory training pattern and a high level of experience, and the research ended with a set of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which was the need to educate all workers in different educational institutions of the importance of mastering modern technological competencies for everyone.
