يعتبر الاهتمام بشتى فئات المجتمع مدخلاً للتقدم بها، ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا من خلال معرفة متطلباتهم ومشكلاتهم بما في ذلك الأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ولهذا الغرض أجريت عدة بحوث ودراسات في هذا المجال. وعليه تحاول هذه الدراسة الحالية عرض أهم الأفكار، المشكلات، والامتيازات التي تشكل في النهاية تمثلا حول فئة الاحتياجات الخاصة، وذلك من خلال القيام بتحليل محتوى عينة من البحوث التي أنجزت في هذا الموضوع حيث يعتبر التمثل خطوة أولى من خلال رسم صورة واقعية من أجل تمكين هذه الفئة للمشاركة المجتمعية. ولقد انتهت نتائج البحث هناك تمثلات متنوعة معقدة ومتشابكة حول فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. Interest in various groups of society is considered an entry point to advance them, this can only be achieved through knowledge of their requirements and problems including individuals with special needs, for this purpose several researches and studies have been carried out in this field. There for this current study attempts to present the most important ideas concepts and results. Which constitutes a group that represents the category of people with special needs; this is done by conducting a sample content analysis where assimilation is considered a first step in order to enable this group to participate in the community.
