جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية للبحث والتقصي حول دور الإعلام الجديد في توعية الأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة باعتبارها فئة مهمة في المجتمع، ونظراً لاحتياجاتها المختلفة إعلامياً والواجب تحقيقها من طرف الإعلام عامة والإعلام الجديد خاصة. جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح الدور الفعال لوسائل الإعلام الجديد في توعية الفئة الخاصة بهدف تعزيز إدماجها داخل المجتمع الذي تنتمي إليه، وعليه اعتمدت الباحثتان على المنهج الوصفي لوصف كل من متغيرات الدراسة والتعريف بهما و توضيح العلاقة القائمة بينهما نظرياً. This research paper came to research and investigate the role of the new media in educating individuals with special needs as it is an important category in society, and given its various needs in the media that must be fulfilled by the media in general and the new media in particular, this study came to clarify the effective role of the new media in educating the special group with the aim of promoting Their incorporation into the society to which they belong, and accordingly the two researchers relied on the descriptive approach to describe each of the study variables and define them, and to clarify the theoretical relationship between them.
