The study aimed to build future scenarios to apply the entrance to the organizational agility to manage crises in Saudi public universities, and the study used the descriptive survey approach to study reality and the style of scenarios, a random sample of (379) individuals was taken, and the return from it was (300), with (80%), and one of the most important results of the study was that the reality of applying the dimensions of organizational agility to manage crises in Saudi government universities from the viewpoint of graduate students came with an average approval level, and the degree of application of all dimensions came with an average degree according to the order: agility of information technology then agility of strategy then agility of practice then agility of decision-making process then agility of learning ability and finally sensitivity agility, and the two researchers presented future scenarios which are a reference, reformer and innovative scenario to facing up crises and it made recommendations, including: spreading the culture of organizational agility in universities and adopting the innovative scenario.
