The research aimed to identify the reality of distance education and e-courses in light of the global challenges of the new corona pandemic (COVID-19) on northern border university students from the point of view of faculty members, students, and parents. The research was applied to a sample of (197) faculty members, (352) students, and (98) parents of students at the northern border university. The descriptive method was used in the research. The research results the positive opinion of the three questionnaires sample through the availability of the items of the questionnaire as a whole, to a large degree according to the viewpoint of the research sample. One of the most important recommendations of the research is to train faculty members to produce electronic courses in professional ways in order to achieve targeted learning outcomes.
