The thesis aims to identify the organizational administrative problems that face the management department male and female students, the educational planning in the College of Social Sciences at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic university and also the personal, research and academic issues. To achieve these goals, the descriptive survey methodology as questionnaire has been used as a tool of collecting the data and applying it on a simple arbitrary sample composed of (83) of the male and female students of the management and the educational planning at the social sciences at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University that their number is (94) male and female student, and that by a percentage of 88%. The most important results are that the thesis sample agree on the problems that face the female and male students in the department of the educational planning and management at college of social sciences in Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University with average (2.47 out of 3). It is obvious, through results that the most prominent problems have represented in the personal problems with average (2.54 out of 3), followed by the organizational administrative problems with average 2.53 out of 3), then the research problems with average (2.51 out of 3), and finally the academic problems have come with average of (2.29 out of 3). The most significant of what the study has recommended is as the following: interesting in providing the researchers’ service centers at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, work on accelerating in admitting of the research ideas at the management and the educational planning at the social sciences at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, interest in providing the opportunities for male and female post students, incurring the teaching staff at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, interest in verifying the tools of research, directing the male and female students at the management and educational planning in the College of the Social Sciences in Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University in the presence of discussions of the scientific thesis and conferences.
