This study aims to identify the administrative and professional obstacles in implementing summer clubs’ programs for females at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) from the point of view of their owners, in order to implement them effectively. The researcher has applied many phrases with an intention of defining the vision of the (45) members of study, including summer clubs’ supervisors, assistants, and vice dean for student affairs during the academic year 1437/1438 AH. Responses were analyzed through the statistical package for social sciences software SPSS. The researcher used the descriptive method in this study. He also considered literatures and theoretical framework of the following subjects: financial resources, human recourses, mechanism of summer clubs’ programs, standards, and foundations of summer clubs plan at PSAU'S deanship of student affairs. The main findings: lack of qualifying programs in PSAU for student clubs and activities, lack of incentives, absence of training plans for non-qualified supervisors and assistants, shortage in female supervisors and specialists, absence of specific methods to determine the needs of summer clubs, community and students’ misconception of summer clubs, the increasing demand for summer clubs over the capacity, absence of a technical staff in the deanship of student affairs to evaluate summer clubs’ effectiveness, lack of the necessary financial resources to implement the programs of summer clubs, overflow of administrative duties on supervisors, absence of guidebooks for supervisors.
