هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الكفايات التدريسية لدى ‏الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج من المدارس العليا من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، ‏وفحص دلالة الفروق في تقديرات الأساتذة لمستوى هذه الكفايات وفق ‏متغيري الجنس وتخصص المدرسة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق ‏استبانة الكفايات التدريسية على عينة متكونة من (48) أستاذا من مدرستي ‏بوزريعة والقبة بالجزائر العاصمة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الكفايات ‏التدريسية لدى الطلبة الأساتذة كان في المستوى المتوسط بنسبة مئوية ‏بلغت(68.81‏‎%‎‏)، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في ‏تقديرات الأساتذة لمستوى هذه الكفايات تعزى لمتغير الجنس، في حين ‏كانت هذه الفروق دالة إحصائيا حسب متغير التخصص لصالح التخصص ‏العلمي. توجت الدراسة بجملة من المقترحات.‏ (الملخص المنشور)

The present study aimed to identify the level of teaching competencies of students who graduate from higher schools from the point of view of the teachers , and to examine the significance of the differences in the teachers' estimations of the level of these competencies according to the sex variables and the school specialty. The descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (48) teachers from the schools of Bouzareah and Kouba in Algiers. The results showed that the level of teaching competencies among the students was at the intermediate level by (68.81%), in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences in the teachers' estimations of the level of these competencies due to the gender variable, while these differences were statistically significant according to the specialization variable in favor of specialization scientific research. The study culminated in a series of proposals. (Published abstract)
