The study aimed to identify the reality of using the digital libraries by postgraduate students at the Middle East University. Descriptive-survey research methodology was conducted with (602) male and female postgraduate students (Master degree) during the academic year 6002/2020. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire; validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results showed that the degree of postgraduate students ’use of the digital library is (high). There are no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the level of the degree of the digital library’s use on the total degree, due to the variable (gender), but the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the college variable, in favor of the (Information Technology) College. It also concluded that the degree of difficulties facing the use of the digital library came at (intermediate) level. and there were no statistically significant differences to the degree of difficulties facing the use of the digital library in favor of gender, but there were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages to the degree of difficulties facing the use of the digital library, due to the College variable, in favor of the (Architecture and Design) College. In the light of the study results, the researcher recommended holding training workshops for postgraduate students on how to search in digital libraries, and allocating more privilege for postgraduate students to use digital libraries from anywhere and anytime.
