The study aimed to investigate investigates the Effectiveness of a Multimedia in Developing Arabic listening and speaking skills for the non –native speakers in Amman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a quasi-experimental approach was used, and the sample was chosen purposefully. The study sample consisted of (60) students from the beginners' students of Amiya Center in Amman for the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020. The study sample was distributed randomly in two groups: the experimental group which consisted of (30) students who were Listening and speaking Arabic language using the multimedia, and the control group which consisted of (30) students who were the same subject using Conventional method Two study instruments were prepared which were the achievement test for the listening skill (pre& post-test) and the performance test for speaking skill (pro & post-test) after checking the validity and the reliability of the instruments, the tests were distributed. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) between the two groups in favor of the experimental group in the post-test, which were studied using the multimedia. The study revealed the effectiveness of multimedia in developing Arabic language listening and speaking skills. According to the results the researcher recommended using multimedia in Arabic language teaching centers for non-native speakers because of their effectiveness in developing Arabic language listening and speaking skills.
