هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع المهارات التدريسية (التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم) لمدرسي المرحلة الابتدائية وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر المفتشين التربويين وقد تم تصميم مقياس لجمع معطيات الدراسة وزع على عينة الدراسة (67 مفتشًا) في كل من: وورقلة، بسكرة، والوادي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ضعف نسبة ممارسة مهارات التدريس لدى مدرسي المرحلة الابتدائية . The study aimed at discovering the reality of the teaching practices planning - executing - assessing, that concern teachers at primary school level on the light of teaching by competencies approche. Referring to the opinions and positions of inspectors of education, a questionnaire was produced to gather the tools of the study that were given to the elements that constitute the sample of the study, which is composed of the inspectors of education and teachers of the primary level (67 inspectors) in the administrative departements of Ouargla, Biskra, Eloued. The results have given conclusions centered around the weakness of the practical percentage among teachers at primary school. (Published abstract)
