This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing change of leadership among private kindergarten principles and their relation with organizational loyalty from a teachers point of view in the governorate of Amman, and whether there were significant differences in the scores of teachers responses about the degree of practicing change of leadership among principles and the average of organizational loyalty for teachers from their own perspective according to the variables of qualification and years of service. The sample consisted of (345) private kindergarten teachers in the governorate of Amman and there were chosen by using simple random sampling. For achieving the purpose of the study, a questionnaire was used to collect data, which consisted of two parts: The first one measure the degree of practicing change of leadership and the second part to measure the average of organizational loyalty. The study showed the following results: The degree of the practicing of change leadership for private kindergarten principles in the governorate of Amman from the perspective of the teachers was high average, and there was a statistically significant difference at the level (a=0.05) according to the private kindergarten teachers’ responses about the degree of practicing change of leadership among private kindergarten principles ascribed to Scientific qualification referred to diploma. However, there weren’t any statistically significant differences ascribed to the variables of the service years. Also, the average of organizational loyalty for teachers from their own perspectives was a high degree. And there was a statistically significant difference at the level (a=0.05) according to the teachers' perspective about the average of organizational loyalty ascribed to the variable of scientific qualification referred to diploma, also a statistically significant difference referred to service less than five years ascribed to the variables of the service years. And this study showed a high positive relationship between the degree of practicing private kindergarten principles for the change of leadership and the average of organizational loyalty for the teachers. The recommendations of the study: Adopting the change of leadership by kindergarten principle to follow the qualitative movement of the obligation of the kindergarten education in Jordan dues to its positive impact on the educational institutions and community, attracting the attention of educational leaders on the importance of organizational loyalty for faculty members, providing all of the techniques and methods to keep a high degree of organizational loyalty.
