هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مدى تحقيق مدارس أنموذج تطوير في مدينة حائل لبعض متطلبات مدرسة المستقبل، من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستبانة کأداءه لدراسة، وعينة بالغ عددها (70) مشرفا تربويا، واظهرت النتائج أن تحقيق مدارس أنموذج تطوير في مدينة حائل لبعض متطلبات مدرسة المستقبل اجمالا من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء ترتيب الأبعاد تنازليا على حسب درجة تحققها على النحو التالي: (القيادة المدرسية، المعلم، البيئة المدرسية)، وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفين التربويين حول مدى تحقيق مدارس أنموذج تطوير في مدينة حائل لبعض متطلبات مدرسة المستقبل والتي تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، والتخصص). The study aimed at determine the extent Tatweer model schools in Hail city some requirements of the future school, from the educational supervisor's point of view, and detecting the statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the educational supervisors about the extent of the extent of applying of schools Tatweer model at Hail city for some requirements of the future school which is related to different variables (years of experience, major) in order to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and designing a questionnaire from two the questionnaire has been applied by the comprehensive inventory method on all the educational supervisors at Hail, of (70) educational supervisor. The most prominent results that the researcher reached were the following: the achieving of schools Tatweer model at Hail city for some requirements of the future's school totally from the educational supervisor's point of view came with average grade, and the descending order for the dimensions according to the grade of its achieving came as follow: (schools leadership, teacher, school environment). The study showed that there are no statically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the educational supervisors about the extent of achieving of Tatweer model schools at Hail city for some requirements of the future school, (years of experience, major).
