يهدف البحث التعرف على مستوى التعلم الالكتروني في المؤسسة الإرشادية في العراق، من خلال تحديد مجالين لتقييم مستوى التعلم الإلكتروني هما (التعلم، الإتصال) وتحديد العلاقة بين مستوى التعلم الإلكتروني وبعض العوامل المتعلقة به.شمل مجتمع البحث طلبة المرحلة الرابعة قسم الارشاد الزراعي- كلية زراعة بغداد وجميع المرشدين الزراعيين العاملين في مديرية زراعة بغداد والشعب الزراعية التابعة لها بواقع 32 و174 على التوالي، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية تناسبية منهم على أساس أخذ 80%، وبذلك أصبح العدد الكلي لعينة المبحوثين لفئتي الطلبة والمرشدين الزراعيين 27، 139على التوالي. استخدمت الاستبانة كوسيلة للحصول على البيانات اللازمة من المبحوثين. وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي ان الطابع العام لمستوى التعلم الإلكتروني هو متوسط، وأن هناك علاقة معنوية سالبة وبمستوى احتمال (0.01) بين مستوى التعلم الإلكتروني وكل من العمر والمهنة، وهناك علاقة معنوية سالبة وبمستوى احتمال (0.05) بين مستوى التعلم الإلكتروني والجنس. وبناءاً على نتائج البحث نوصي بضرورة قيام الهيئة العامة للإرشاد والتعاون الزراعي بإشراك المرشدين الزراعيين في محافظة بغداد دوريا بالدورات التدريبية الخاصة بالتعلم الالكتروني، مع إعطاء أهمية أكبر لمجالي البحث (التعلم، الاتصال)، لغرض الارتقاء بمستوى أدائهم الإرشادي، مع اهمية تكثيف المناهج التعليمية لطلاب قسم الإرشاد الزراعي بمواضيع التعلم الإلكتروني. The study aimed at identify level of electronic technology for students and make comparison in fields of the research which extension agents in Iraq and include: education and communication with some factors related with them. The research was surveyed by 196 people in two groups during June 2011 and August 2011, the two groups were all students of extension department of Baghdad university and extension agents in Baghdad Governorate, we choose stratified- random sample in a reality of 80%. The data of this study was collected through a questionnaire form prepared by researcher, the statistical results of the analysis showed that general stamp of the level of electronic technology for researchers were medium, and there was negative significant relation with a possibility of 0.05 between level of electronic technology and gender, and there was negative significant relation with a possibility of 0.01 between electronic technology and the age, professional. The research has recommended the necessity for the general board of extension and agricultural cooperation to participate extension agents in the training courses related to electronic learning with giving priority to both fields of (education and communication) with intensification electronic learning curriculums for students of extension department of Baghdad university.
