هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في مدارس محافظة المجاردة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، الكشف عن دلالة الفروق الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في مدارس محافظة المجاردة التي ترجع إلى متغيري (عدد سنوات الخبرة، المرحلة التعليمية). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع البحث من (896) معلما، تم اختيار (180) منهم لتطبيق تجربة البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية كانت متوسطة لأبعاد (التخطيط الالكتروني، التنظيم الالكتروني، والرقابة والتقييم الالكتروني)، وكانت بدرجة كبيرة بالنسبة لبعد التطبيق الالكتروني، عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بين استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بين استجابات المعلمين على أداة البحث ككل وأبعادها المختلفة (التخطيط الالكتروني، التنظيم الالكتروني، التطبيق الالكتروني، الرقابة والتقييم الالكتروني) وفقا لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية ولصالح معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة. The research aimed to identify the degree of application of electronic administration in the schools of Mujardah governorate from the point of view of teachers, detect the significance of the statistical differences between the responses of the sample members due to the (number of experience years, educational stage). To achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive approach was followed. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The research population consists of (896), (180) were selected to apply the research experience. The research found the following results: the degree of application electronic management was medium to the dimensions of (electronic planning, electronic regulation, electronic monitoring and evaluation), it was largely for electronic application dimension. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 among the responses of the sample members due to the variable number of experience years. There were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 on all dimensions of the electronic management application level (e-planning, e-organization, e-application, electronic monitoring and evaluation) according to the variable of the educational stage for middle school teachers.
