The current study aimed at identifying the causes of domestic violence against women from the perspectives of students of the Al-Balqa University and the Princess Rahma University College. The researchers utilized the questionnaire as a tool of gathering data. The researcher deployed the Stratified Random Sampling, which included (1013) students from the Al-Balqa University and Princess Rahma University College. The study concluded that the causes of domestic violence against women are as follows: low educational level with mean (4.24) out of (5.0), low social level with an average of (4.20), an increased feeling of frustration with an average of (4.20), poverty and unemployment with an average of (4.19), low family income with an average of (4.17), economic problems with an average of (4.13).
