هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى التزام معلمي التربية الخاصة في غرف المصادر بمعايير الخطة التربوية الفردية، كما وهدفت إلى تحديد معايير الخطة التربوية الفردية العالمية في غرف المصادر، ولتحقيق ذلك تم بناء مقياس معايير الخطة التربوية والذي تكون من ثلاث مجالات؛ مجال الاعتبارات الأساسية في الخطة التربوية، ومجال العناصر الرئيسية في الخطة التربوية، ومجال تطبيق وتنفيذ المعايير في الخطة التربوية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (183) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في العاصمة عمان، ( 116) معلما ومعلمة من المدارس الخاصة، (67) معلما ومعلمة من المدارس الحكومية. أظهرت النتائج بأن المعلمين لديهم درجة مرتفعة في الالتزام بمعايير الخطة التربوية في مجالي العناصر الرئيسية في الخطة التربوية، ومجال تطبيق وتنفيذ المعايير في الخطة التربوية، إما في مجال الاعتبارات الأساسية في الخطة التربوية فكان مدى الالتزام متوسطا في كل من المدارس الحكومية والخاصة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن جميع الفروق كانت لصالح معلمي المصادر في المدارس الخاصة، أي أن درجة التزام المعلمين في المدارس الخاصة بمعايير الخطة التربوية كان أفضل من معلمي المدارس الحكومية على جميع مجالات الخطة التربوية والدرجة الكلية للخطة التربوية. The current study aimed to investigate the extent to which the special education teachers are committed to the standards of the individual educational plan in resource rooms. Also, it aimed at identifying the standards of the global individual educational plan inside the resource rooms. To achieve the goals of the study, an educational plan measurement was constructed consisting of three fields: the field of basic considerations in the educational plan, the field of the main elements in the educational plan, and the field of the application and implementation of standards in the educational plan. The study sample consisted of 183 male and female teachers from public and private schools in the capital city, Amman. 116 teachers were from private schools and the remaining 67 teachers were from public schools. The results showed that the teachers have a high degree of commitment to the standards of the educational plan in the two fields of the main elements in the educational plan, and the field of the application and implementation of standards in the educational plan. However, in the field of the basic considerations in the educational plan, the teachers in both private and public schools showed medium commitment. moreover, the results showed that all differences were in favor of teachers in private schools i.e. the degree of commitment of teachers in private schools to the standards of the educational plan was better than the teachers in the public school in all fields of the educational plan and in the total score of the educational plan.
