جاءت هذه الدراسة الميدانية للتعرف على أثر القيادة الخادمة في إدارات الطلبة الدوليين بالجامعات السعودية على تعزيز الصورة الإيجابية للمملكة العربية السعودية، وهو الهدف الرئيس للبحث بالإضافة إلى التعرف على واقع أداء العاملين في إدارات الطلبة الدوليين في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء مفهوم القيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر الطلبة، والتعرف على خبرات الجامعات العالمية في العمل مع الطلبة الدوليين. واستخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الطلبة الدوليين في جامعة الملك سعود وعددهم (1230 طالب وطالبة) تم إرسال الاستبانات الالكترونية إليهم وعاد منها (834) استبانة وكان من أبرز نتائجها: يقوم العاملون في إدارات الطلبة الدوليين في جامعة الملك سعود بخدمة الطلبة على أكمل وجه. لا يفرق العاملون مع الطلبة الدوليين في تعاملهم بين أبناء الجنسيات المختلفة. لا يجيد عدد من العاملين التواصل مع الطلبة الدوليين بلغات غير العربية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات ومنها: تأهيل العاملين مع الطلبة الدوليين لتقديم صورة حسنة عن السعودية. وتنظيم برامج وفعاليات ثقافية واجتماعية تعزز من العلاقات بين الطلبة الدوليين وأبناء المجتمع السعودي. This field study came to identify the impact of servant leadership in international student administrations in Saudi universities on enhancing the positive image of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is the main objective of the research in addition to identifying the reality of the performance of workers in international student administrations in Saudi universities in light of the concept of servant leadership from the students' point of view. And getting acquainted with the experiences of international universities in working with international students. The descriptive and analytical approach was used in it, and the study community was represented in the international students at King Saud University, who numbered (1230 students). Electronic questionnaires were sent to them and (834) questionnaires were returned from them, and among the most prominent results were: The workers in the international student departments at King Saud University serve students to the fullest. Those working with international students do not differentiate between people of different nationalities. A number of workers are not fluent in communicating with international students in languages other than Arabic. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including: Qualifying workers with international students to present a good image of Saudi Arabia. Organizing cultural and social programs and events that enhance relations between international students and members of Saudi society. (Published abstract)
