The study aimed to identify the reality of gifted care in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, then prepare a proposed scenario for developing gifted care in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the study followed the comparative descriptive approach through identifying the reality of the gifted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Singapore, the study ended with a number of proposals to develop talented care in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as finding alternatives to fund talented care centers other than government funding.
