The study aimed to identify the training needs of teachers in government schools in the education office in Wadi Bin Hashbel from their point of view. The study also aimed to identify whether the teacher's view of training needs differ according to the experience. For the study, the researcher followed the descriptive-analytical approach and used the questionnaire as a study tool, the study sample included (972) male and female teachers. The most prominent results of the study were that there is a need to develop scientific research in the field of teacher preparation, training, and encouragement. Also, the preparation and training institutions must rely on the results of questionnaires and opinions based on constructive criticism in the development of their programs. There is a need to develop preliminary and alternative plans to improve teacher performance. Moreover, training courses have an impact on the efficiency of the teacher in the development of students' ability to self-learning and taking into account individual differences and planning for the class and lessons. It was also found that the training courses have a major impact on the proficiency of the teacher in building appropriate achievement tests, and also have an impact on the teacher’s efficiency in employing the pre and post evaluation. Moreover, the training courses have an impact on the teacher’s proficiency in the professional sense, developing relationships at school, and using self-evaluation. (Published abstract)
