The value of consolation in Islam and its educational applications in school [Article]
This research aimed to derive the value of consolation from the holy Quran, the sunnah of the prophet, his biography, and the conduct of his companions, and clarify the importance of activating them in school, and ways to propose them; to develop this Islamic value to learners, it included: the concept of consolation, in language and terminology, and its importance, and models of consolation in the holy Quran, and in the sunnah of the prophet, his biography, and the conduct of the companions and some of the righteous, and educational ways proposed to activate them. The study reached a set of results, including: 1) the Islamic nation has its own value and behavioral peculiarities, which makes the derivation and the development of the consolation to the learner one of the most necessaries and educational needs for communion and harmony in the educational institutions. 2) Women have a unique status in the consolation that must be observed in various educational institutions. The study reaches the following recommendations: conducting an analytical study of the Islamic educational values, the heritage of this nation and highlighting its role in the educational renaissance, behavior of learners, upgrading Arab societies, and preservation of Islamic identity.
