This study aimed to analyze the cost-effectiveness of student activities within girls ’primary schools in Medina, through calculating or estimating the cost of all student activities implemented within girls’ schools in the matrix of female student activity in Medina, and to know the effectiveness that returned to students from these activities. The study was applied during the academic year 1439/1440 H, the second semester. The study reached the following results: that the cost of activities is high, the average cost of activities is at about 104217 Sar, the majority of primary teachers sample (30 teacher's) agreed that the effectiveness of the applied programs within the school were decrease, the average of student activities was about 24.33 degrees, and the average cost-effectiveness of student activities was 4360 Sar per degree. The study concluded a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: schools should use the time allocated for student activity in more effective programs for students according to their capabilities, such as computer learning and programming, as well as promoting some languages, such as Chinese and English, the director assigns the activity shares to the teachers according to their desires and inclinations, as well as enabling them to program, and according to their scientific specializations, to achieve the desired goals of the activity, that student activity management continuously update student activity programs, so that they move away from topics similar to the school curriculum and keep abreast of new global events, the school shall establish a database pertaining to all student activity programs applied in it and their cost, which will be present on the school site for all to see, especially decision-makers within the education department, to know the cost and effectiveness of these programs. Finally, the director, according to her powers, uses the competencies of technical college graduates in some classes of activity in teaching female students some important skills such as cosmetic courses or crochet courses and others, for the sake of an attractive educational environment.
