The study aims to measure the extent to which the first filed female teachers in the first cycle schools at Al-Buraimi governorate are practicing the skills of the verbal classroom questions. It also aims to identify the levels of the verbal questions that are commonly used by these teachers. To achieve this aims of the study, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach, and they used an observation checklist that was applied on 25 teachers, who were chosen by the randomly cluster method. The study found that the overall level of practicing the study aspects was within the intermediate level, with an average of 3.06. The first aspect, "formulating the verbal classroom questions," received the highest average of 3.22, followed by the second aspect, "asking the verbal classroom questions" with an average of 3.17. While the third aspect "receiving the answers of the verbal classroom questions" received the lowest average of 2.79. The study also found that the levels of the verbal classroom questions that are commonly used by the first field female teachers in the first cycle schools at Al-Buraimi governorate were average. The percentage of the memorization questions is 96.6%, the percentage of the understanding questions is 89%, the percentage of the evaluation questions is 88.6%, and all three percentages are considered high percentages. The percentage of the application questions, it reached 44.6%, which is a medium percentage, just like the percentage of the analyzing questions, which reached 43%. Lastly, the percentage of the synthesis questions is 14%, which is a rather low percentage. In the light of the results, the researcher recommended to pay more attention to conduct training workshops to train the first field female teachers on using the skills of verbal classroom questions, and to benefit from the training programs of the professional development programs. The researcher also recommends that the supervisors, the first teachers, and the school administration should actively follow-up the practicing of the verbal classroom questions skills by the first field teachers, according to the modified classification, which removes the structure and replace it with creativity at the last level.
