This study aims to present a concept proposal to activate the role of people with disabilities in the light of Saudi Arabian vision 2030. This will be done through the adoption of the Australian experience represented in the Australian national disability plan. The study also aims to review the studies and components of the 2030 vision related to the lives of people with disabilities, most notably as a quality of life program. The study reached a number of results, which are: the relentless pursuit of vision in general to improve the services of people with disabilities, despite the absence of a number of aspects related to those people in the quality of life program, such as the educational and health aspect. This absence justified the need to adopt an effective global experience such as the Australian national plan that could be adopted as a separated plan or merged as a supporting program for the quality of life program.
