This study aimed to identify the impact of human recruitment of electronic management in the development of knowledge management processes, on the staff of Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. This study was based on the descriptive analytical approach, relying on data collection from the primary sources. The number of the study population of employees working in Al - Aqsa University (175) employees the study used random sampling method, where 120 questionnaires were distributed to the study population and 101 questionnaires were obtained for analysis with 84.17% recovery rate, then it was analyzed on SPSS statistical program to analyze the data and confirm the validity of the hypotheses. Of these, there is a positive impact between the human recruitment of electronic management and the five knowledge management processes. There are no statistical differences in human employment in knowledge management processes due to demographic variables (gender, age, scientific level). The human element at Al-Aqsa University seeks to seek knowledge in various ways to benefit from it in the development of work. As for the recommendations of the study were: researchers recommend the administration of Al-Aqsa University to pay more attention in the development of the human element to benefit from their knowledge and experience, by holding training courses in this area. Researchers advised the administration of Al-Aqsa University to keep abreast of developments in technological means of communication because of its importance in knowledge management. The researchers propose to the administration of Al-Aqsa University to give its creative staff incentives to continue to develop their knowledge and application in their field. (Published abstract)
