The study aimed to identify the inclusion level of science books in intermediate stage in Saudi Arabia to the sustainable development dimensions, identifying the inclusion level of each dimension (social, environmental, and economic). The researchers used the analytical descriptive method with the content analysis. The study community was science books in intermediate stage; (6) books and the sample represented the full community. A content analysis card was used including the sustainable development dimensions: social, environmental, and economic dimensions. Each dimension includes main cases several indicators (70 indicators). The study findings revealed that the inclusion level of sustainable development dimensions in the content of science books in intermediate stage was 33.33%, inclusion level of sustainable development dimensions in the content of 1st intermediate grade science book was 43.85%, followed by f 2nd t intermediate grade science book, and 3rd intermediate grade science book in inclusion rates (29.27%) & (26.86%) respectively; weak inclusion rates. In addition, the social dimension was the most included one in inclusion rate 60.28% while the economic and environmental dimensions came with weak levels; (22.60%) & (17.10%) respectively. The researcher presented several recommendations including: the necessity for educationalists, experts, and curricula developers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to pay attention to the dimensions of sustainable development dimensions as well as the need to relook in science curricula in intermediate stage and work on including the sustainable development in their content.
