Social phobia is one of the most common mental health illness in the world. This work aimed to study social phobia among secondary school students (females) in Jazan region. A random sample of 350 students has been chosen to collect the data in the period (10-29 March 2019). Using the social phobia scale and the preliminary data form that were designed to impose data collection related to the study. The collected data analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program indicates the there was no statistically significant differences in social phobia among secondary school students by age, school year. The study recommended the need to provide extension services, cultural courses and teaching some social skills. (Published abstract)
