The research aims at visualizing a proposed concept to enable the teacher to develop the student's character in the light of the teacher preparation philosophy and the requirements of the third millennium. The research reviewed a number of different directions of teacher preparation. It also identified the different approaches to teacher preparation programs. It concluded that all the teacher preparation programs, and their approaches do not meet the philosophy of teacher preparation. After that, the research limited the personality requirements of the third millennium, then in the light of the teacher preparation philosophy as well as its findings, the research provided a proposed visualization for enabling the teacher to develop the third millennium student's character.
