This study aimed to know which is better reciprocal teaching strategy or teaching differentiated strategy in the development of skills, so researcher prepare a study tools, a list of the skills of reading comprehension, and test the skills of reading comprehension, and has also designed some units classes using strategies reciprocal teaching strategy and teaching differentiated, were displayed tools on a group of arbitrators, experts have been edited in light of their views, were tribal application to test reading comprehension skills, and after making sure that equal two groups was applied teaching using strategies with the two experimental groups, and after the experiment was a test application reading comprehension skills in application after, and the results indicated equal to two strategies in the development of reading comprehension skills, lack of superiority of one over the other, and the effectiveness of each of them separately in the development of reading comprehension skills.
