The study aims at identifying the effect of the factors (family, social, environmental and cultural factors, personal and psychological factors) on the cognitive development of gifted students. The descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the study; the questionnaire was used as a data collection. The results showed high scores and statistically significant of the effect for factors (family, social, environmental and cultural factors, personal and psychological factors) on the gifted, and there are the high correlation coefficients between cognitive growth and family factor followed by other factors, and showed that there are statistically significant differences in the effect of the factors as a whole on gifted according to the variable sex in favor of males, and the educational level of the mother in favor of the higher education category "Master", the study recommended the need to formulate strategies for the care of talented based on the full integration of the schools, sponsoring, and their families.
