E-learning is categorized among knowledge economics, and it is a field for investment of multiple shapes and benefits. Its economic feasibility is represented in its ability to overcome the deficiencies found in the capacities of traditional learning, and in achieving positive results whose effect is reflected on the state, the society and the individuals. In addition to that, it represents a true chance for women and people with special needs. Hence, it participates in achieving the comprehensive development in the developing countries. This fact implies that these countries should start the process of modernizing the learning process. This is because the societies which produce the culture of e-learning whether in distance or in the educational institutions will certainly achieve prosperity and development comparing to the other countries which are still clinging to the culture of traditional education. A study on the effect of applying the (virtual reader) application on the female students in the schools of Dar-Alrowad in Jeddah was conducted. The study came out with brilliant outcomes, the most important of which is that it proved the success of applying this idea of virtual classes in the improvement of recitation among the students. It has also showed the positive response of the first elementary female students with the program. The program has also showed the parents' approval of the idea and their willingness of applying it. The study has also recommended initiating simplified training courses on how to use virtual classes for those who are willing to apply the project, plus making the teachers of the elementary classes pay attention to the importance of activating the listening labs in accordance to the school facilities.
