The effectiveness of a program based on the model of learning dimensions of Roberto Marzano in the achievement of the study of general chemistry 2 students of the Faculty of Science - Department of Chemistry at the University of Damascus, the current research aims to know the effectiveness of a training program based on the model of Roberto Marzano’s learning dimensions in the development of the achievement of chemistry in the students of the Faculty of Science - Department of Chemistry at the University of Damascus. (86) students and students of the first year in the faculty of sciences, department of chemistry of the ministry of higher education, for the academic year (2016-2017). The sample was selected in two stages. The first stage: 42) students to study the psychometric characteristics of the study tools. The age ranges ranged between 19-20 years. The second stage is the selection of the basic sample of the study. The number of students was 44 students. They were divided into two groups: of the (22) students have been applied training program them (22) students were not exposed to the training program offered to the members of the experimental group between the ages of 19-20 years. Participants continued the achievement test in the chemistry before and after, and after the statistical analysis using the test of two interrelated samples and a test for two samples the results of the study were as follows: there were statistically significant differences between the mean of the experimental group scores before and after the application of the program on the total score of the achievement test in chemistry for the benefit of the postmodern measurement. Also, there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups achievement test the chemistry test for the experimental group.
