The current model in the field of learning disabilities is the response to intervention model, which identifies and diagnoses students with learning disabilities. This model has become popular in the research community because it is a model of reaction to the philosophy of inequality and exclusion in the philosophy of intervention, identification and diagnosis in the field of learning disabilities. This research will be introducing the model of response to the intervention and how to use it in education in the field of special education and levels of its own intervention will be reviewed, compared between the response to intervention model and contrast and spacing test and trying to understanding the possibility of its application. Following the analysis of educational studies and literature, a number of results were reached, most notably the fact that the intervention response model is of great importance in the diagnosis and evaluation of individuals with learning disabilities. This new model is solving many of the problems that faced the contrast and spacing test. Through these results the researcher recommended that this model should be applied in the Arab society.
