تجسدت المشكلة بدراسة نسب مساهمة، المتغيرات المبحوثة لتحديد.مقدار التعلم وفاعليتهما لتطوير الأداء لتحقيق الهدف المنشود في المدارس، استخدمَ المنهج وصفي العلاقات الارتباطية، وبلغ عدد إفراد عينة البحث (157) طالبة لمرحلة المتوسطة في بغداد الكرخ- 2، وتم إجراءات البحث الميدانية إعادة إعداد مقياس المهارات العقلية بما يلائم عينة البحث مواصفاتها قبل إجراء التجربة التي ضمنت الاختبار الذكاء العام والمهارات العقلية واختبار أداء مهارة الطبطبة كرة اليد، ومعالجة نتائج باختيار الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة، وعرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج البيانات باستخراج قيم الارتباطات ونسب المساهمة للمتغيرات بقيمة أداء مهارة الطبطبة، في كرة اليد، إما أهم الاستنتاجات (إن الذكاء العام له تأثير ايجابي على الأداء في مرحلة التوافق الخام من المهارات العقلية)، أوصى الباحثان بـضرورة الاهتمام بالقدرات العقلية وتنميتها وأهمية إجراء بحوث على مهارات للاستثمار في عملية التعلم الأولى. The problem study they are relationship of value of general intelligence, value of mental skills, and their percentage contributions and the Rebound Performance Test of handball in the descriptive study of relationships, and included research sample on middle school female students. The research method the descriptive study of relationships, research sample was chosen middle school female students in the Baghdad Karkh- 2, the sample number was (157) female students, tests were conducted, tests were conducted general intelligence, test mental skill and Testing the performance of Rebound skill with a handball, and processing the results of appropriate by statistical means have been reached based on the conclusions of researchers, there is a significant correlation between general intelligence and their percentage contributions of the Rebound Performance Test of handball in the learn preliminary, based on the conclusions of researchers, there is a significant correlation between general intelligence and their percentage contributions of the Rebound Performance Test of handball in the learn preliminary. Accordingly, it is recommended that conduct further studies around in other sports and on different samples, focus on the development mental capacities for a learning athletic skills have been mastered.
