The research included programmed and orderly education training in masterful style as a new method for teaching skills in football, as this method restores the student's confidence in himself and raises the motivation to learn and think about them in the old command, which is far from scientific concepts, so it is necessary to use techniques and programs in learning such as related and successive movements in the use of devices in analysis and performance, reaching the goal, where the research addressed weaknesses in the ease of learning football skills with old methods, where this method is based on the teacher controlling the lesson and hence, the researchers used the programmed and command learning exercises in the mastery method in developing the skill of handling rolling and scoring among the research sample. They concluded that the educational training method using the programmed and command learning revealed that the command and the programed technique has a critical role in the results of the research sample in terms of pretest and posttest for the research sample to learn skills such as rolling, handling and scoring.
