The role and importance of educational exercises comes in accordance with the theory of the recall scheme in learning some basic skills on the basis of ground movements. For this reason, the importance of research to demonstrate the role of the summoning theory in learning some basic skills is on the ground of ground movements because it elevates the basic skills of gymnastics for women and thus we put scientific information on the role of motor learning in educational creativity and give a clear and easy picture of learning in complex skills as in gymnastics. The objectives of the research were: 1) preparing educational exercises according to the theory of the call-up scheme in learning some basic skills on the ground of ground movements in the technical gymnastics for women. 2) Identifying the effect of educational exercises according to the call-up theory in learning some basic skills on the floor of the ground movements in the technical gymnastics for women. The conclusion was: 1) educational exercises according to the summons chart theory have great importance in raising the level of learning some basic skills on the ground of the ground movements in the technical gymnastics for women. 2) Performing simple and similar exercises for the main skills and movements that have a great influence in learning the basic difficult skills according to the scheme theory summons.
