هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع منصات التعليم عن بُعد في ظل جائحة كورونا، واعتمدت الباحثة بوابة المستقبل أُنموذجًا، كما هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه المستفيدين، وتقديم المقترحات التي تسهم في تحسين مستوى الأداء، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بلغت (200) من المسؤولين ومنسقي البوابة في تعليم البنين والبنات، ومجموعة من الطلاب والطالبات في (16) إدارة تعليمية، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من معوقات استخدام بوابة المستقبل في التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة إلى جانب تقديم مقترحات لتحسين وتطوير مستوى أداء البوابة من وجهة نظر المسؤولين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إصدار التعاميم المنظمة واللوائح الملزمة لتفعيل البوابة. وإعداد خطة استراتيجية لتفعيل التحول الرقمي بكفاءة مع التأكيد على ضرورة إنشاء أقسام لإدارة البوابة في إدارات التعليم والاستغناء عن الشركات المشغلة. The study aimed to reveal the reality of distance Educational Platforms Under Corona Pandemic, and the researcher adopted the Future Gate as a model as well as to identify the obstacles facing beneficiaries, and to provide proposals that contribute to improve the level of performance. The study was applied on not a random sample of (200) among the officials and coordinators of the portal in the education of boys and girls, and also applied on a group of male and female students in (16) Educational Departments. The researcher adopted the descriptive method, and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study recommended the necessity of issuing organized circulars and binding regulations to activate the portal and prepare a strategic plan to efficiently activate digital transformation, with an emphasis on the necessity of establishing departments for managing the portal in education departments and decommissioning of operating companies.
