Institutes of Islamic sciences affiliated with the Sultan Qaboos Center for Culture and Science at the Diwan of the Royal Court are considered like other educational institutions that are similar in post primary education to schools of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman, but its educational system has a single specificity and is a system that focuses on the two subjects of the Arabic language And Islamic education in particular in addition to other scientific subjects, and from this standpoint, this field study came to highlight the role of training in improving educational competencies for teachers of Islamic science institutes and showing what training is doing to provide educational skills for teachers, as the study showed the relationship between training and competencies Educational. It is a positive relationship, whenever there are various training programs whenever that helped to refine the competencies, as the study revealed the level and order of the educational competencies according to the answers of the study sample and at the end of the matter the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of individuals responses The study sample is attributed to the variable of educational.
