هدف البحث إلى معرفة دور مدير المدرسة الثانوية في تعزيز العلاقات الإنسانية داخل المدرسة وربطها بالمجتمع المحلي في محلية ودمدني الكبرى بولاية الجزيرة.اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من 1479 معلم ومعلمة،اختار الباحثان عينة عشوائية بسيطة من 148 معلم ومعلمة بنسبة 10 %من مختلف المدارس الثانوية بالمحلية. استخدم الباحثان الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة.ولتحليل البيانات إحصائيا استخدم الباحثان برنامج SPSS . وبعد إجراء البحث الميداني توصل الباحثان إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: يعمل مدير المدرسة في محلية ودمدني الكبرى على تعزيز العلاقات الإنسانية مع المعلمين والطلاب بدرجة كبيرة جداً، درجة اهتمام مدير المدرسة في تعزيز العلاقات الإنسانية مع المجتمع المحلي جاءت ضعيفة. خلص البحث إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة اهتمام مدير المدرسة بتعزيز العلاقات الإنسانية بصورة أكبر مع المجتمع المحلي، يجب الاهتمام بالدورات التدريبية وورش العمل والمحاضرات التي تساعد مديري المدارس على فهم العلاقات الإنسانية. The research aimed at identifying the role of the principal of the high school in strengthening human relations inside the school and linking them with the local community in the locality of Wad Madani Al-Kubra, in Gezira State. The researchers followed the descriptive approach, and the research community consisted of 1479 male and female teachers. The researchers selected a simple random sample of 148 male and female teachers by10% from the various secondary schools in the locality. The researchers used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect the required data. As for statistical analysis, the researcher used SPSS program. After conducting the field research, the two researchers reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The principal of the school in the Greater Wad Madani district promotes human relations with teachers and students to a very large degree. The research concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity of the school principal to pay more attention to strengthening human relationships with the local community. Attention must be paid to training courses, workshops and lectures that help school principals to understand human relationships. (Published abstract)
