هدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى رضا أعضاء المركز عن تحقق مؤشرات الأداء الأكاديمي له، وقد أعد الباحثان لهذا الغرض استبانة مكونة من (41) مفردة موزعة على سبعة مجالات، واستخدما المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته للبحث، ومن الوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة: معامل ارتباط "بيرسون" للتجزئة النصفية لثبات الاستبانة والتي بلغت 0.75 ومعادلة "سبيرمان بروان" لتصحيح ثبات الاستبانة والتي بلغت (0.86)، كما استخدما الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS)، وتكونت العينة من (20) فردا ممثلة بأعضائه الأكاديميين، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن متوسطات التقديرات لم تصل إلى مستوى الجودة. The study aims to find out the extent of satisfaction of the members of the center on the achievement of academic performance indicators. Hence, the researchers have prepared a questionnaire composing of (41) items distributed in seven areas, and they used the descriptive analytical approach for its suitability of the research; the statistical methods used are: Pearson Correlation Coefficient to prove the stability of the questionnaire, which amounted to 0.75 and the "Spearman - Brown" equation to correct the stability of the questionnaire, which amounted to (0.86), as well as statistical packages (SPSS). The sample consisted of (20) individuals including academic members. The results revealed that the assessing estimates averages did not reach the quality. (Published abstract)
