هدفت الدراسة الحالية لوضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لتطوير الكفايات الأساسية لدى مربيات التربية التحضيرية في ضوء احتياجاتهن التدريبية، على عينة شملت (89) مربية تم اختيارها بطريقة المسح الشامل من مدينة الوادي للموسم الدراسي: 2017/2018، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقائمة الكفايات الأساسية لتقدير الاحتياجات التدريبية، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك احتياجات تدريبية ماسة لدى عينة الدراسة في جميع الكفايات: التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم. وأن هذه الاحتياجات لا تختلف باختلاف كل من المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة المهنية. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تّم وضع التصور المقترح للبرنامج تدريبي. The present study aimed to develop a proposed scenario for a training program to develop the basic competencies of the preparatory education teachers in light of their training needs, on a sample of (89) female teachers chosen by the comprehensive survey method from EL Oued City for the academic year 2017/2018. The study concluded that there are urgent training needs in the study sample in all competencies: planning, implementation and evaluation. And that these needs do not vary according to each of the qualifications and professional experience. In view of these results, the proposed vision for the training program was developed.
