هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير ضغوط مهنة التعليم في ظهور القلق لدى المعلمات. وقد طرحنا التساؤل العام الآتي: إلى أي مدى توثر ضغوط مهنة التعليم في ظهور القلق لدى المعلمات؟ وقد اجريت الدراسة على عينة من 60 معلمة، بمدارس المسيلة، خلال السداسي الثاني 2017/2018. وقد تم تطبيق استبيان من اربعة محاور: - الضغوط الادارية – الضغوط الطلابية – الضغوط المرتبطة بالتدريس – الضغوط المرتبطة بزملاء العمل. وباتباع المنهج الوصفي، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) تؤثر الضغوط الادارية في ظهور القلق لدى المعلمات بدرجة كبيرة. 2) تؤثر الضغوط الطلابية في ظهور القلق لدى المعلمات بدرجة كبيرة. 3) تؤثر الضغوط المرتبطة بالتدريس في ظهور القلق لدى المعلمات بدرجة كبيرة. 4) تؤثر الضغوط المرتبطة بزملاء العمل في ظهور القلق لدى المعلمات بدرجة كبيرة. This study aimed to identify the impact of the pressures exerted by the education profession on the emergence of anxiety among teachers. We raised the following general question: to what extent do pressures from education professionals affect the emergence of teacher anxiety? The study was conducted on a sample of 60 teachers in Msila schools in the second half of 2017/2018. A four-part questionnaire was applied: administrative pressures - student pressures - teaching pressures - co-worker pressures. Using the descriptive approach, using the appropriate statistical methods, the study revealed the following results: 1) Administrative pressures greatly affect anxiety among teachers. 2) The pressures of the pupils affect to a great extent the anxiety of the teachers. 3) The pressures associated with teaching affect to a great extent the anxiety of teachers. 4) The pressures associated with colleagues affect to a great extent the anxiety of teachers.
