هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة علوم التربية نحو مهنة التعليم في المرحلة الإبتدائية، وتحديد الفروق الموجودة بينهم وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة والتي تضمنت السن (ذكر، أنثى)، التخصص الدراسي (علوم التربية، إدارة وإشراف بيداغوجي، إرشاد وتوجيه تربوي)، المستوى التعليمي (السنة الثانية، السنة الثالثة، السنة أولى ماستر، السنة الثانية ماستر)، وتمثلت الأداة الأساسية للبحث في مقياس لقياس اتجاهات طلبة علوم التربية نحو مهنة التعليم في المرحلة الإبتدائية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالب وطالبة من طلاب علوم التربية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في عملية جمع المعلومات وتحليلها. وقد جاء السؤال الرئيسي للدراسة على الصياغة التالية: هل لطلبة علوم التربية اتجاهات إيجابية نحو مهنة التعليم في المرحلة الإبتدائية؟ وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى أن لطلبة علوم التربية اتجاهات إيجابية نحو مهنة التعليم في المرحلة الإبتدائية، كما اسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات طلبة علوم التربية نحو مهنة التعليم في المرحلة الإبتدائية تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس، التخصص الدراسي، والمستوى التعليمي. The study’s objective was to identify the attitudes of the sciences of education’s students towards the profession of teaching at the elementary school, and to explore the differences that exist between them, according to the variables (university level, speciality, and gender), a test of attitude was prepared and applied to a sample which contains 60 students of human and social sciences faculty, the searchers used the descriptive method in this study to answer the principal question: do the students of educational sciences have of a positive attitudes towards the profession of teaching in primary school? After the collection and the data analysis the study’s results demonstrate that the students of educational sciences have a positive attitudes towards the profession of teaching in primary level, and there is no significant differences between the attitudes of the students towards the profession of teaching in primary school according to the variables (university level, speciality, gender).
