تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية سريان المعلومات من خلال الأنشطة الإعلامية والاتصالية داخل الجامعة وذلك للتحسيس بأهمية ضمان الجودة والنوعية في التكوين في مجال التعليم العالي، فالمعلومات التي يوفرها الاتصال الداخلي في أي منظمة هو بمثابة الشريان و الرابط الحيوي الذي يصل بين مختلف عناصرها البشرية، ومن ثم فهذه الدراسة هي محاولة لتسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين المتغير الاتصالي والمتغير الإداري خدمة لأهداف المتغير التعليمي. This study aims to highlight the importance of the spread of information through the media and communication within the university activities so as to raise awareness of the importance of quality insurance in terms of training in the field of higher education. The information provided by internal communication in any organization which is a vital link that connects the various human elements together. This study is an attempt to shed light on the relationship between the communicative and variable administrative to serve the goals of the educational variable. (Published abstract)
