تكشف مقاربة الاتجاه النّقدي على خفايا النِّظام التّعليمي، واهتمت بالعلاقة بين الأصل الاجتماعي والنّجاح المدرسي، وبيّنت أن الفشل المدرسي له أسباب اجتماعيّة، وحظوظ النّجاح لها صلة بمستوى الطبقة الاجتماعية المهيمنة. ويهدف النّسق المدرسي إلى إقصاء الطبقات الاجتماعيّة الأقل حظًا، ويعتبر الأصل الاجتماعي يقوي من حظوظ النّجاح. كذلك رأس المال الثقافي الموروث، له صلة متينة برأس المال المدرسي، لذلك فهي مفرطة في التّشاؤم ، ممّا جعلها تعتبر أن نجاح التّلاميذ، من أصول اجتماعيّة متواضع ب «معجزة». لقد بالغت هذه المقاربة في الرّبط بين الأصل الاجتماعي والنّجاح المدرسي، وتبقى مقبولة في الحدود التي تقيمها لنفسها، و تنطلق من أرقام إلى أحكام. This paper outlines Bourdieu’s reproduction approach which reveals the hidden facets of the educational system. The reproduction approach claims that the learner’s social, economic background, and cultural capital determine his scholastic capital. Hence, it considers that the success of a student from a disadvantaged social class as a «miracle». That’s why, many scholars denounced the reproduction approach as pessimistic. It exaggerated the link between the social background and the school achievement. Bourdieu’s theory remains valid within the scope it set because he based his research on figures, drawing virtually rational conclusions. (Published abstract)
