إن المشكلة في إدارة الوقت لا تكمن في الوقت نفسه، وإنما في كيفية استعمال الأفراد لوقتهم، وازدادت الحاجة إلى النجاح المهني للعاملين في المؤسسات التربوية نتيجة لتعقيد الحياة وتشعب مجالاتها فتوسعت المدارس وازداد عدد الطلبة وكثرت مشاكلهم التربوية والمهنية التي تؤثر سلبا على العملية التربوية وتعيقها من تحقيق مسيرتها التربوية. وحددت الباحثة الحد الموضوعي: اقتصر البحث على العلاقة بين إدارة الوقت والنجاح المهني لدى مدرسي التربية الفنية في المدارس المتوسطة الحد المكاني: تربية بغداد الرصافة الأولى. الحد الزمني عام 2017/2018م واعتمدت الباحثة المهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدف وإن مجتمع البحث بلغ (60) مدرس ومدرسة. وأداة البحث كانت الإستبانة ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون كوسيلة إحصائية. وفي ضوء النتائج والاستنتاجات توصي الباحثة بأمور منها: تبني تدريب المدرسين في أثناء الخدمة من خلال إقامة مشروع تدريبي. ضرورة إعداد دليل للمعرفة في مجال إدارة الوقت للعاملين في المؤسسات التربوية. Time management and its relationship to the professional success of artistic education teachers in intermediate schools the problem in time management does not lie at the same time, but rather in how individuals use their trust. The need for professional success for workers in educational institutions increased as a result of the complexity of life and the complexity of its fields, schools expanded, the number of students increased and their educational and professional problems increased negatively on the educational process and hinder it from achieving its educational career. The researcher has determined the limits of the research by the following. The research was limited to the relationship between time management and professional success of the technical education teachers in intermediate school Spatial limit: Breeding Baghdad, Rusafa Al-Awal Time limit: 2017/2018The researcher has adopted the descriptive approach to achieve the goal of the research and that the researcher community reached (60) male and female teacher. The research tool was the questionnaire and Pearson correlation was as statistical method. In light of the results and conclusions, the researcher recommends things including. Adopting training the teachers during the service by setting up a training project. The need to prepare a knowledge guide in the field of time management for workers in educational institutions.
