As the current research aims to: 1) Exposing the positive aspects of the cognitive and skill concepts of the content of the art education curriculum and its enhancement and the negative aspects of its treatment and improvement. 2) Building a model for evaluating the cognitive and skill concepts of the objectives of the preparatory school art education subject. To achieve the objectives of the research, the content analysis tool was built, and after achieving honesty and consistency, the research came out with a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a clear description of the tools and supplies that the learner is required to use to achieve the goals of artistic expression such as pencils, charcoal pens, colored pencils, watercolors, oil colors and pastel pens, meaning that This standard fulfills the requirements for achieving this Target. The most important conclusions are: There are concepts and terms covered by the content of the guide, such as the elements of the artwork and its foundations, the importance of artistic planning, perspective rules and color analysis that are included in the field of artistic expression. In light of the research results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including the inclusion in the educational content of the guide concepts of theater arts, music, Arabic calligraphy, and teaching methods. As for the most important proposals, they were to evaluate the level of mastery of artistic concepts among students of fine arts institutes. (Published abstract)
