The study aimed to detect the level of leadership behavior of school principals as well as the level of organizational deviations for sport education teachers and to identify the relationship between the leadership behavior of primary school principals and organizational deviations of sport education teachers from the perspective of teachers. (35) teacher of sport education and their principals distributed (35) primary school from the schools of the center of the province of Nineveh. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. Two questionnaires were adopted and distributed to the research sample. The first questionnaire on the leadership behavior of primary school principals and the second questionnaire on organizational deviations of the sport education teacher was answered by the sport education teachers. Statistically using the following statistical means: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, statistical bag spss (The researchers reached the following: There is a significant relationship between the leadership behavior of primary school principals and the organizational deviations of sport education teachers from the teachers' point of view.
